Our Programs

Gymnastics
A variety of different programs from pre-School to adult. We offer both recreational and competitive levels, as well as rhythmic gymnastics.

Tumbling
Power tumbling is a very exciting program enjoyed by students of all ages who love to flip and twist while performing their somersaults.

Trampoline
Not your traditional “backyard” bouncing. This new Olympic sport can propel you up to 30 feet in the air while you are working on your double and triple somersaults.

Creative Dance
Imaginative and spontaneous movement to music, using simple props and costumes. Sounds like fun Students are exposed to different types of music and work on hearing the rhythm and then moving to the rhythm.

Day Camps
Come and experience our fun filled day camps for kids! We do it all. From gymnastics to field trips, from group sports to arts and crafts. At REG day camps all activities are integrated to make sure you have an amazing experience.

Birthday Parties
Kids love the fun-filled birthday parties offered by REG.  Our 16,000 sq. ft., state of the art facility gives them an opportunity to enjoy many memorable birthday moments in a safe and challenging environment.
