BASIC PARTIES             

Payments:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your space. The remaining balance is due in full when you pick up your invitations or at least 14 days in advance of the party date.*

Upgrades:
Upgrades of ala carte goods or number of children must be made a minimum of 7 business days in advance.

Refunds:
All requests for refunds must be submitted a minimum of 7 days prior to the party date. A refund of 50% of the party package price will be honored with 7 days advance notice.
